I am a native Oregonian and have grown to appreciate the diversity of the Pacific Northwest, both in culture and geographic offerings. The photographic artwork that I produce is of an eclectic nature largely influenced by my surroundings. I enjoy shooting all aspects of photography whether it is people, places or things. For the most part my approach to shooting a subject is based on 3 things: Vison, perception and interpretation. I have always let my spirit eye shoot for me to obtain the results that I have been fortunate to produce. over the past 12 years, and I have only just begun!
I have been blessed with the opportunity to have my work displayed at sites such as the Celebrity Centre, Portland, OR, Bank of America Plaza, Portland State University, Corps of Engineers of Oregon, PGA Golf Tournament, America 24/7 of Oregon National Publication, 2004, Masonic Lodge, Portland Chpt., PGE Park, The Portland Observer, Portland Home Magazine, Jones Soda Co. Of Canada, The Hilton Hotel, The Marriott Hotel, Easter Seals of Oregon, United Way, Starbucks Coffee, The Apartment Guide, The Portland Tribune, Interactions Magazine, The Oregonian, The Portland Annual 2000/2001,2007 Street of Dreams Magazine and the National Water Society in Vancouver, WA.
Most of my opportunities have come from doors that have been opened up by Almighty God Himself.. Being mostly self taught in this field of photography, I have attended Mt Hood Community college for course work in photography and Adobe Photoshop. I am also a past member of the Inner Light Photographic Society and in 2004 I founded C.P.N., (Christian Photographers Network). I absolutely love photography and all that it stands for in film and digital format . I try not to take myself too seriously but I am a perfectionist when it comes to my images. It gives me great pleasure in knowing that the viewing public finds artistic merit in my work as an artist and as a person... Thank You
